We use your information to provide and personalise your skin care programme; communicate about appointments and follow-up care; respond to enquiries; improve our services; and meet our legal obligations as a health practitioner.

Health information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. It is collected only with your consent, used solely to provide your skin care programme, and stored securely. We do not share your health information with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

4. Storage and protection

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Health and consultation records are retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with New Zealand health record-keeping requirements.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party providers such as Timely, solely to deliver our services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
